Make Smart Property Decisions

Feasibility Report

A fixed-fee feasibility service that helps you understand what’s possible on your site — before you invest time and money.

Without the right advice, property decisions can be risky and expensive. Many owners struggle to know:

  • What the planning controls and overlays will allow

  • What the big cost drivers are (e.g. site conditions, approvals, consultants)

  • Whether the project is worth pursuing at all

We’re working with our first Feasibility Service clients now — their feedback will be shared here soon.

Our Feasibility Service is designed for:

  • Property owners considering extensions, knockdown/rebuilds or renovations.

  • Investors and developers testing the potential of a site before purchase.

  • First-time project clients who want to avoid costly mistakes before engaging full design services.

If you’re not sure what your site can achieve, or you want early clarity before committing money to design or approvals — this service is for you.

Why do you need it?

Projects often stall or fail because key issues aren’t uncovered until too late — sometimes only after design work or approvals have begun.

  • Planning controls and overlays can restrict what can be built.

  • Hidden site conditions and consultant requirements can add major costs.

  • Approval risks can lead to redesigns and delays..

Our feasibility service gives you clear, independent advice upfront — so you know what’s possible, what’s not, and the best next steps for your project.

Stage 1 includes a 2-hour site visit at your property.

  • Available within a 30 km radius of Springwood, QLD.

  • Travel beyond this area may incur $1.00/km + tolls/parking (by agreement).

  • Services are provided within Queensland under the Architect’s BOAQ registration.
